mon~ eng/lit. went arnd southern part of singapore - chinatown, telok blangah, harbourfront - to look 4 erroneous signages. so at 11.45, esther sarah andrea sherilyn steph n me met at chinatown mrt. then we set of quite aimlessly. could've have found enuff at ppl park complex de, but we decided 2 spread them out. so anw, we finished everything at harbourfront then they came 2 my hse where everybody jus slacked.

tue~ geog. went 2 newater. wanted 2 go 2 the farm de but no more space le so 2bad.. anw, i went newater b4 n it was almost the same, xcept 4 the fact that we had 2 finish this ws. yea. after that, went back 2 sch n had malay conv. after dat, w8 until 3.30 then take mrt to MOELC. thank god we reach early cos i 4got my tag n there was no security guard there. heh.

wed~ history. went to ACM - asian civilisations museum. but had 2 go xtra early 4 'pe lesson' 4 about 30mins then go 4 malay again. then at 9 we assembled n got ready 2 leave for ACM. ohoh. n mdm rozanah called me jingjie AGAIN. lol. cos we're both history reps ma.. heh. anw, ACM quite interesting, but a bit dry. i lyk my drawing of buddha!!! >< after that stay back 2 do class decor. we didnt do anythin n the judging was on thu larh. anw, settled on the castle/princesses theme. me sarah ruth did the painting of the brick walls. when i reached school, i saw that the sec3s had alr set up their tents. after that was roll call n colours n welcome briefing. had patrol corner after that. wore on my patrol identity - a choker (: thx zann n nicole!! and we got all our food 4 outdoor cooking. then while the sec2s were setting up their pvc tents, the recruits went 2 learn some songs. learnt quite a few songs larh. then after that was elevenses. not very err...appetising. but we had 2 finish it anw. a guide is thrifty. (: then while all our seniors were doin pioneering, we went 4 our enrolment stuff again. learnt aobut ceremonies and how 2 tie all the different knots. found out that we were gonna b enrolled somewhere in may. yay! ((:

after that we had lunch at about 12.15. then we got into groups wif batchmates fr the same COY. played something lyk station games called "seems like sims". so as the name suggests, the sims game, we had a hse and all the energy/health/fun/social/hygiene/etc level. so we went fr station 2 station n got money n points 2 increase or decrease levels. we had quite a lot of money and bought a lot a lot of furniture. so our hse quite decorated. n that was the end. ended at about 4...

then we went on 2 outdoor cooking. which i thot was quite fun. everyone got into a hustle n bustle of lighting the fire n getting the food ready. the first thing we cooked was the crabstick. meanwhile, every1 keep eating the seaweed 4 the udon. haha. but the moment we started on the fish, it started 2 rain heavily. bleah. so we quickly packed up and headed 4 the gym.

we did our wet weather outdoor cooking outside the gym wif solid fuel. created quite a mess there. haha. all thanks 2 weiting. the udon in miso soup was quite nice. (: n we all ate a lot of pudding. managed 2 make some chicken wif the help of yenlin's very very small pan. haha. that wasnt 2 bad either. outdoor cooking was quite fun.

for night surprise, all the seniors were blindfolded n the recruits had 2 lead them 2 go n play games at various stations. twas quite fun. (: then after bathing, we had patrol corner. we stayed at the netball courts and told ghost stories. but after ahwile some of us got scared so nv listen. in the end we jus lay down n look at the stars. so nice...

sec1s n sec4s got to sleep in blk j. much nicer compared 2 the rest larh. haha. jus that the floor was lyk damn hard, very hard 2 sleep.

the next day was about the same as the first day. jus that we had 2 'be prepared' so the recruits had 2 make souvenirs 4 the rest of the guides within 1hr n mus b related 2 the theme. quite impossible rite. anw, none of us managed 2 do it. heh. after that, we had wide games, which is basically station games. haha. but yea... at least this one was in our patrols. more fun. heh.

after that was campfire. 1st coy orchid n my patrol were supposed 2 do a musical 4 the campfire. quite funny. got so many songs put 2gether. quite cool also larh. ((:

twas weiting's bday so we had a big coffee cake from hans 4 supper during patrol corner. HAPPY BDAY WEITING!!! <3333 sleep that night was much nicer cos i slept wif my patrol n nicole slept wif us cos of her enzyma. then jasmine took the handbell cushions 4 us 2 use as matresses so it was damn shiok. heh.

the next day, they woke us up xtra early. say cos some1 fall critically ill n had 2 b taken 2 the hospital so they had 2 break camp immediately. so we quickly packed up n strike tents within 30mins. n then they told us it was jus a 'be prepared', in other words a prank. haha. then after that we started 2 do general cleanup and my patrol n 2 others were in charge of the canteen area. all the seniors pushed the sec1s 2 go wash toilet. evil. haha. but the toilet was quite small larh so not so bad.

break camp at about 12. overall okok lorh.. not xceptional but not lyk it suck. tho a lot of ppl say last yr's camp nicer. i wont noe... anw, this post quite long alr, so i shall stop here. cya~

headed straight 4 the luge the moment we reached there. my dad bought the family thingy so got 8 rides. cool rite. means every1 get 2 go twice. got into this car thing n started driving. at first i was winning then wz overtake me. n he was lyk swerving damn dangerously larh. but anw. when it ended, we got out n took the skyride back 2 where we started.

the skyride was lyk damn cool larh!!! the weather was gd, tho it looked lyk it was gonna rain very soon. on the skyride very windy and very fun 2 look down [not encouraged if u hav fear of heights. haha] then when we reached the starting, we did that all over again.

the 2nd time i drove, i won everybody else BY A LOT. haha. cos i overtook 4 gals who were quite slow much earlier than the rest of my family. yay!!! it was onli about 5 so we jus walked about until dinner time. i rmbr i walked in the sea. haha. i luv doing that. ((:

at about 6+, we were looking 4 somewhere 2 eat. but then the sky looked lyk it was gonna pour very soon so we jus settled 4 the nearest cafe and ate there. the food there quite ex but it was not bad. it rained n rained n rained. after dinner, we stayed there cos' it was still raining. played tumbling tower wif my bro there. had quite a lot of fun. heh. then we also played dominoes wif the tumbling tower pieces. haha. childish but fun (: after that, we went home.

so ya, that's it. jus that when i went home, i was in a mad rush of packing all my camp stuff 4 the next day. procrastination.. sux. ah well, i made it (:

another l8 post as usual.. expect about 2 more. haha. holidays officially started on mon, tho it rly didnt feel holiday-ish at all but still.... went 2 sch 2day 4 cpr course..

we got into groups and learnt many many stuff. cant say it was boring but not exactly fun, quite dry but rly learnt alot. we learnt how 2 giv first aid 2 casualties. lyk how 2 treat ppl who get heat exhaustion, fainting spells, asthma, burns, wounds, etc.

learnt how 2 giv cpr and how 2 help some1 who is choking. and also the MANY MANY different bandages 4 different injuries lyk cuts, fractures, blah blah blah. rly rly rly learnt alot. took 3 tests - cpr n choking, bandaging, 20 MCQ.. passed. so now im a certified first aider. (:

hey guys. sry 4 the ultra late post. swim carn was lyk last fri larh. but anyways. the whole class were super xcited about it larh. on the way there at the mrt, it was lyk the whole train was occupied by rg gals all in the hse tees. so there were distinct blocks of red, blue, green, yellow and of course PURPLE <333. u could almost hear the public cursing and swearing. haha.

at yio chu kang swimming complex very crowded. when i arrived there were a lot of ppl there alr. i sat beside wenyuan at the first step at the complex. most of my frens all there alr. then not long l8r the competition started. then hse comm ask us 2 move front n sit at the floor. every1 rushed, or the sec1s at least, 2 go sit. the view not bad larh i must say. heh. ><. my class cheered lyk mad larh [u guys rawk!!] but the hadley seniors lyk no enthusiasm liddat. damn sad larh.

souvenirs were given out. it's sort of lyk a buckle or symbol, lyk the superman one, cos the theme this yr is 'HADLEY HEROES'. anw, i didnt hav my pinafore belt so i pinned it on 2 my shirt wif my name tag. then l8r i think i was mad, cos i clipped 1 of it onto my hair. haha. i mus hav looked retarded larh. but at least not as crazy as denise. she had lyk at least 20 all over her, on her head, shirt, belt, blah blah blah. hahaha.

RI was competing against AC, n RG was competing against CHIJ toa payoh AGAIN!!!! haha. anw, we got into the various locations. twas quite boring at first larh. cos lyk i didnt noe the players, n we werent allowed 2 cheer when they were playing. sianz rite.. so after a while i grew bored n went 2 the court sherry was at.

down there a bit more xciting. cos lyk when rg gets one point got shout n clap de. n then after a while, it was wanxin's turn 2 play!!! weeeeeee. then things started 2 get interesting! wanxin n shimin was playing doubles. 4 every1's info, wanxin is hadley hse capt, n 110 is hadley class, n there were 9 supporters fr 110. shimin is 113 psls, n dere was quite a significant number of 113ers [haha geog]. so lyk majority of the sec1 cohort quite enthu about this match.

at first we were winning, then we were losing by 1 game, then we started winning again. but could tell that shimin quite frustrated n wanxin a bit... anw, in btw, we cheered n encouraged them. OH YEA! one part the IJ gal hit the ball out of the whole court, above the fence! hahaha. anw, in the end, we won!!!!! yes yes yes!!! GO RAFFLES GO RAFFLES GO BRING THEM DOWN BRING THEM DOWN! haha. rawks mann.

HEY~ on 5/3 was sandwich making competition, jus in case u guys didnt noe, i was the judge. i reported at 1.45 4 the briefing n i found out that i was the cleanliness judge AND that i was the reserve MC. oh yea, n i was lyk the onli sec 1 there, felt so out of place larh. anw, the MC wasnt there, which meant that i most probably had 2 be the MC for the day and i was kinda goin jittery larh. but jus when we were about to leave the kitchen, the real MC turned up. she had completely no idea as well n didnt wanna do. by then, i kinda wanted 2 b the MC larh, but she did a mutual swop wif her fren, so.. bleah.

ok, then the competition started. me n a sec3 judge went round taking attendance n deducting the neccessary points. druing the competition, we had 2 look out 4 whether they had aprons, gloves, practise personal hygiene, etcetc. the hadley sec1s ar.. haiz... SO DIRTY!!!!!! denise denise.. tsk tsk. haha. >< then i decided i wanted 2 b tasting judge also, so i went 2 tell florence n she said ok. yay! overall, they all tasted mainly of bread. heh. but some of them looked very very nice. but some tasted REVOLTING. not naming. but some rly look SUPER SUPER CUTE!

the next day, they woke us up xtra early. say cos some1 fall critically ill n had 2 b taken 2 the hospital so they had 2 break camp immediately. so we quickly packed up n strike tents within 30mins. n then they told us it was jus a 'be prepared', in other words a prank. haha. then after that we started 2 do general cleanup and my patrol n 2 others were in charge of the canteen area. all the seniors pushed the sec1s 2 go wash toilet. evil. haha. but the toilet was quite small larh so not so bad.

break camp at about 12. overall okok lorh.. not xceptional but not lyk it suck. tho a lot of ppl say last yr's camp nicer. i wont noe... anw, this post quite long alr, so i shall stop here. cya~

ok. one more post after this and im done 4 the backlog of posts i 'owe' u guys.. anw, went to sentosa on tue [my onli free day this hols. bleah]. left quite l8 in the afternn but it's still better than nth i guess. so we soon set off for sentosa at lyk 4pm...

headed straight 4 the luge the moment we reached there. my dad bought the family thingy so got 8 rides. cool rite. means every1 get 2 go twice. got into this car thing n started driving. at first i was winning then wz overtake me. n he was lyk swerving damn dangerously larh. but anw. when it ended, we got out n took the skyride back 2 where we started.

the skyride was lyk damn cool larh!!! the weather was gd, tho it looked lyk it was gonna rain very soon. on the skyride very windy and very fun 2 look down [not encouraged if u hav fear of heights. haha] then when we reached the starting, we did that all over again.

the 2nd time i drove, i won everybody else BY A LOT. haha. cos i overtook 4 gals who were quite slow much earlier than the rest of my family. yay!!! it was onli about 5 so we jus walked about until dinner time. i rmbr i walked in the sea. haha. i luv doing that. ((:

at about 6+, we were looking 4 somewhere 2 eat. but then the sky looked lyk it was gonna pour very soon so we jus settled 4 the nearest cafe and ate there. the food there quite ex but it was not bad. it rained n rained n rained. after dinner, we stayed there cos' it was still raining. played tumbling tower wif my bro there. had quite a lot of fun. heh. then we also played dominoes wif the tumbling tower pieces. haha. childish but fun (: after that, we went home.

so ya, that's it. jus that when i went home, i was in a mad rush of packing all my camp stuff 4 the next day. procrastination.. sux. ah well, i made it (:

another l8 post as usual.. expect about 2 more. haha. holidays officially started on mon, tho it rly didnt feel holiday-ish at all but still.... went 2 sch 2day 4 cpr course..

we got into groups and learnt many many stuff. cant say it was boring but not exactly fun, quite dry but rly learnt alot. we learnt how 2 giv first aid 2 casualties. lyk how 2 treat ppl who get heat exhaustion, fainting spells, asthma, burns, wounds, etc.

learnt how 2 giv cpr and how 2 help some1 who is choking. and also the MANY MANY different bandages 4 different injuries lyk cuts, fractures, blah blah blah. rly rly rly learnt alot. took 3 tests - cpr n choking, bandaging, 20 MCQ.. passed. so now im a certified first aider. (:

hey guys. sry 4 the ultra late post. swim carn was lyk last fri larh. but anyways. the whole class were super xcited about it larh. on the way there at the mrt, it was lyk the whole train was occupied by rg gals all in the hse tees. so there were distinct blocks of red, blue, green, yellow and of course PURPLE <333. u could almost hear the public cursing and swearing. haha.

at yio chu kang swimming complex very crowded. when i arrived there were a lot of ppl there alr. i sat beside wenyuan at the first step at the complex. most of my frens all there alr. then not long l8r the competition started. then hse comm ask us 2 move front n sit at the floor. every1 rushed, or the sec1s at least, 2 go sit. the view not bad larh i must say. heh. ><. my class cheered lyk mad larh [u guys rawk!!] but the hadley seniors lyk no enthusiasm liddat. damn sad larh.

souvenirs were given out. it's sort of lyk a buckle or symbol, lyk the superman one, cos the theme this yr is 'HADLEY HEROES'. anw, i didnt hav my pinafore belt so i pinned it on 2 my shirt wif my name tag. then l8r i think i was mad, cos i clipped 1 of it onto my hair. haha. i mus hav looked retarded larh. but at least not as crazy as denise. she had lyk at least 20 all over her, on her head, shirt, belt, blah blah blah. hahaha.

so swim carn quite ok lorh.. jus that the seniors shld b abit more enthu larh. hope i wont b lyk them next yr. no offence ><... anw, tarbet won. so ya.. end of story..

hello again. went 2 support school event 2day - B div tennis finals. got to leave class early 2 get ready. anw, at kallang stadium, there were a lot of ppl alr larh. RI was competing against AC, n RG was competing against CHIJ toa payoh AGAIN!!!! haha. anw, we got into the various locations. twas quite boring at first larh. cos lyk i didnt noe the players, n we werent allowed 2 cheer when they were playing. sianz rite.. so after a while i grew bored n went 2 the court sherry was at.

down there a bit more xciting. cos lyk when rg gets one point got shout n clap de. n then after a while, it was wanxin's turn 2 play!!! weeeeeee. then things started 2 get interesting! wanxin n shimin was playing doubles. 4 every1's info, wanxin is hadley hse capt, n 110 is hadley class, n there were 9 supporters fr 110. shimin is 113 psls, n dere was quite a significant number of 113ers [haha geog]. so lyk majority of the sec1 cohort quite enthu about this match.

at first we were winning, then we were losing by 1 game, then we started winning again. but could tell that shimin quite frustrated n wanxin a bit... anw, in btw, we cheered n encouraged them. OH YEA! one part the IJ gal hit the ball out of the whole court, above the fence! hahaha. anw, in the end, we won!!!!! yes yes yes!!! GO RAFFLES GO RAFFLES GO BRING THEM DOWN BRING THEM DOWN! haha. rawks mann.

after that, we had 2 figure our way 2 the mrt. we were lyk the blind following the blind larh [kudos 2 sherry ><] anw, in the end, we took a bus there. fr kallang 2 outram -> change n go 2 harbourfront -> walk home. that's the end of it all..

WANXIN N SHIMIN U GUYS RAWK!!!!!!!!!!

HEY~ on 5/3 was sandwich making competition, jus in case u guys didnt noe, i was the judge. i reported at 1.45 4 the briefing n i found out that i was the cleanliness judge AND that i was the reserve MC. oh yea, n i was lyk the onli sec 1 there, felt so out of place larh. anw, the MC wasnt there, which meant that i most probably had 2 be the MC for the day and i was kinda goin jittery larh. but jus when we were about to leave the kitchen, the real MC turned up. she had completely no idea as well n didnt wanna do. by then, i kinda wanted 2 b the MC larh, but she did a mutual swop wif her fren, so.. bleah.

ok, then the competition started. me n a sec3 judge went round taking attendance n deducting the neccessary points. druing the competition, we had 2 look out 4 whether they had aprons, gloves, practise personal hygiene, etcetc. the hadley sec1s ar.. haiz... SO DIRTY!!!!!! denise denise.. tsk tsk. haha. >< then i decided i wanted 2 b tasting judge also, so i went 2 tell florence n she said ok. yay! overall, they all tasted mainly of bread. heh. but some of them looked very very nice. but some tasted REVOLTING. not naming. but some rly look SUPER SUPER CUTE!

wed 28/2 ~ finished my drawstring pouch 4 aesthetics n started on the handphone pouches. my group was lyk damn enthu larh, so me n joanne started cutting cloth n all that.. n soon when every1 was lyk more or less finished wif their drawstring pouches, they all chipped in 2 help make the handphone pouches. it's rly rly nice ok! sure it'll sell! heh. [hint hint: mus go buy kayy ><]

thu 1/3 ~ had maths SA 2day.. im so gonna fail larh. i alr got 1 question wrong le larh.. n i think it was 4 or 5 marks.. AHHH!!!!! my maths suck larh.. not lyk sherry liddat, so pro.. rly sry mrs tan :(

fri 2/3 ~ 2day's assembly was about congress n founder's day. quite boring larh, n the tie's seriously suffocating larh. anw, ya... guides ended early 2day, at lyk 4.15. 4 march guides camp rite, we gotta do outdoor cooking. how cool is that. must b asian, so my patrol making jap stuff. I LUV JAP FOOD!! anw, then gotta do decide on some camp stuff - patrol box/identity, outdoor cooking, patrol flag... im supposed 2 bring the enoki mushroom n egg n crabstick. (:

sat 3/3 ~ HAPPY FOUNDER'S DAY RG-IANS!!! [cannot say rafflesians cos RI not included. heh.] it was okok 4 the first bit n the concert was rly rly nice! the RJ choir damn pro n the gymnasts n dancers rawk larh. n then they gave out balloons. eleanor was giving out near me n i called her so she gave me 1. yayness! then after that, lyk every1 let their balloons go so i also let go. cool rite? heh. then me;meijun;bernice;jaslyn go discuss our gym dance. sighs. very hard 2 choreograph leh.. anw after that, sherry follow me home. then we went to ms yeo's wedding 2gether which was fr 3.30-6.30. so cool larh. tho i personally dislike church weddings... heh. no offence. oh ya, sam;theo;waye;j were lyk quite l8.. so they missed the part ms yeo walked in. haha. twas a very nice wedding tho n we saw a lot of the tchrs we didnt c on CNY eve eve. n of course, during all that time, A LOT A LOT of things happened.. cannot say.. OH OH!!! the food was nice! heh.
